There is so much darkness and division in the world today and it is deliberately stoked by bad actor billionaires, biased media, bigot celebrities, corrupt politicians… even fake allies.
Of course it leads to violence against minorities, particularly the LGBT+ community. The so called “culture wars” are basically a war on queers and minorities. Let’s call it what it is.
My songs are a call to JOY and a celebration of Difference, a call to fuck the begrudgers, to step more into and own our own lives and our power.
